The first thing I noticed about this oil is that it has a really lovely, floral scent to it. Almost like a perfume but much more gentle. Definitely the kind of aroma that would have someone asking you what shampoo you use if they pulled you in for a hug.Now as far as frizz goes, I have pretty smooth, straight hair by nature, but I also live in Houston where the humidity stays tropical-forest-level high, and it's hot so the sweating gets you too. It's like living in someone's mouth. My go-to hair oil that I've been using for years is Garnier Sleek-n-Shine, but this product absolutely gives it a run for its money! My hair is shoulder length and quite thick, so I squeeze about 3 pumps into my palm and then rub my hands together, getting it between my fingers. I start at the very ends of my hair and then work up, not really getting too close to the scalp and rubbing pretty much all of it off, then using whatever residue remains on the very front baby hairs to smooth them out.The formula doesn't really weigh my hair down and acts as a nice moisturizing treatment for dye-damaged ends.I haven't used it as a scalp treatment yet but that's next on the list!
